Awful service!! I was the 2nd in line and there was only 1 person working the counter and 3 working the drive thru. Took 35 minutes to cash a check. Ridiculous!!! Glad I don’t bank here….

Good luck on talking to a REAL LIVE person on the telephone. I was going to open a large CD but wanted to talk with a person on the phone prior to going to the CU. All I could get were automated messages.

I worked with Elsie Sellers at MIDFLORIDA in Highlands County, trying to obtain a mortgage. I appreciate the professionalism she displayed in trying to assist me. I was unable to follow through due to unforeseen events but would highly recommended her for your mortgage needs.

I had a check that had to be on hold for 6 days... I mentioned to the lady at the counter that I was so hoping to use some of that money for my anniversary weekend. She told me that if I called her on Friday she would try to release some of it.. I called her on Friday and we were not able to talk.. I checked my bank app and sure enough she had put some money in my account.. Thank you to Karylis M. for being part of making my weekend away so AMAZING ! I also was in the back today on another matter and she remembered me... Made a point to come over and ask about my weekend ! She is GREAT at her job.. She has amazing customer service and that is so hard to find now days.. A big THANK YOU ! One happy customer.

Susan Hodo at the Sun n Lake branch has always taken great care of my wife and I especially when getting our car loans and gap insurance together we never purchase a new vehicle without her guidance she always bends over backwards for us

Rude people was 1:08 and they closed at 1 and couldn’t even cash my check any other bank would have I was going to open an account but glad I didn’t please avoid this “bank” if that’s what you can call it at all costs they are horrible
