BEWARE of this “builder”. I hope everyone who is considering a build in mid Missouri or Kansas will scroll past this “company” in your search. You will lose money and valuable time. We are filing against them next week.
They have time to actively post on Facebook but they don’t have time to deliver the plans we paid for 9 WEEKS AGO. They promised them in 3-4. The “builder” John Minor is full of excuses and not responsive to emails or calls. He cashed our check quickly and has been dragging his feet and avoiding us ever since. We are demanding a full refund and it is no big surprise that he has not delivered that either.
BEWARE.
