Came in here with my girls to show them all the hype over the rose toy, but Priscilla and Jesus actually put us on to even better toys, that actually have a suction effect, they were both so sweet and great with educating us on how it works they showed us the modes and demoed the toys for us. They made us laugh, gave us great service, helped us find what we were looking for and gave us great recommendations! We will definitely be coming back here soon to go visit them (hope they are working when we go back haha) I hope they never stop working here, as long as they work here, they have our service!

My best friend showed me this place, we went on Saturday, it was super fun to look at all of the displays, I def wish one of the rooms on display was open to the public but it was locked, either way it was a very fun experience. Priscilla and Jesus helped us out and made us super comfortable and answered all the questions we had. Pricilla was extremely sweet and informative and Jesus was very attentive and funny, they are the dream team employees of the store! I hope to see them at our next visit! We will be back to (hopefully) see them!

Came in last minute to get a corset and other supplies for Halloweekend and the staff was SUPER helpful and friendly! Priscilla helped me pick out and try on corsets, and also recommended some toys to me. She was very sweet and professional, 10/10!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. These people just steal your money!!!
Went to go buy a corset, price tag had it marked as size Large once i get home I see the actual size was 5XL! Fit me super huge, tried calling the store & the staff was very rude saying there’s no return nor exhanges but wasn’t told this while I was purchasing this item whatsoever. Spent $60 on a corset I won’t be using & that’s on amazon for $15. Do not recommend this store & service was horrible. Make sure to check the tags for the correct size since they like to change tag sizes!

I’ve gone to their location in Freeport as well and it was just as great. They have great products and they are helpful if you need it. I went last night with my partner and we spent a good while in there looking for stuff. This store is very organized and stocked up! I’ve gone to many adult stores in Houston and they just don’t have the selection that they have here.

Priscilla was behind the counter when we went, and she was already quick to get to us at the door with other customers inside. She was very attentive in wanting help us find our items. We happened to be okay and she was very respectful in letting us look around 🙂 great customer service and follows sanitary practices!

The staff was extremely disrespectful. We were told we could not sit on the bench, and we were harassed while looking at lingerie. This treatment made us feel humiliated and unwelcome in the store. It was incredibly disappointing and left us questioning whether we would ever return. The lack of professionalism and courtesy was shocking. Such treatment inevitably damages customer loyalty and trust in the brand. Usually, the female staff is sweet, but the geriatric old man running the place was rude. I understand wanting customers to make purchases, but we were told that if we weren't buying anything we should leave, and we were not there for more than 10 minutes before we left. The staff could have offered assistance in a friendly and non-intrusive manner, asking if we needed help finding anything specific. They could have allowed us to browse at our own pace without pressure. Additionally, a simple greeting and expression of appreciation for visiting the store would have made a significant difference in our experience. We fully intended to make a purchase, but didn't due to the circumstances. We felt unwelcome and frustrated. We left without buying anything and were unlikely to return.

Usually, the staff at this store is amazing and very helpful. However, during a recent visit, I encountered an uncomfortable situation. I was browsing and took a moment to sit on the couch in the lingerie section. A staff member, who appeared to be a manager, approached and expressed frustration, assuming we were not planning to make a purchase. He also seemed upset with his employee, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. It's understandable why they might be short-staffed if working conditions are challenging under this management.
