Chuck was very helpful and friendly. Ja-Mar Roofing offers a huge color selection and uses the best in industry materials. The install crew did an excellent job in 1 day and they left no trace of trash/materials behind. If you are looking for a new roof this company will not disappoint. I would recommend them to anyone.

While repairs are not fully completed, Chuck has been “hands-on” in seeking out competent workers in a market that is full of folks needing workers. He has brought them by, given me contact info and explained to them (in front of me) what is needed to be done. He is personable, responsive to questions, and encouraging in what can be a frustrating situation. He seeks to know and understand the community and he is good at making new friends. I’m glad JaMar is establishing an office in Marble Falls. For sure, a lot of roofs are being built around the area.

Chuck Dearborn of Ja-Mar Roofing and Sheet Metal came to us shortly after the last big hailstorm we had this year, which was very devastating to our property. He went through the process of what we needed to do to get the roof fixed and replacing any broken solar panels. His crew included a master electrician, necessary for safely disconnecting, removal, and reconnecting our system. His suggestions and attention to detail were very commendable and saved us money. Ja-Mar is a great company to work with for all my home repairs. Due to the recent hail storm I had roofing "ambulance chasers" calling and visiting me left and right. Ja-Mar didn't do that. I went to them. Chuck Dearborn is fantastic to work with. He explained everything step-by-step and made sure it was all clear before I signed anything. He has gone to bat for me with my insurance company to make sure everything that needs repairing actually gets repaired. Chuck went above and beyond by protecting my home from leaks due to the storm damage and upcoming rain in the forecast - all of this before I had signed to give Ja-Mar the job of replacing my roof.
