We were fortunate to find Munz Construction to renovate our recently purchased 1952 home and are very happy with their quality work, their process, and the professionalism. The subcontractors and personnel were all highly skilled, a pleasure to work with and they stood by their work. Marty, our project manager was the best. Attentive, responsive and a wonderful guy! We would highly recommend and if the opportunity arises will definitely use them again.

We had a roof structure built on the back of our house and cover over our kitchen door with board and batten walls added. Munz workmanship is unmatched, even other companies we were working with for our backyard project commented on how well the structures are constructed. Brian Williams our project manager was super. He made sure our project exceeded our expectations and listened to our wish list from the start and through the completion of the project. Chris Munz the owner, cared and popped in on the project making sure we were satisfied. We have other projects we will be using Munz for. All other staff, Bernie( estimator), Steve ( finance), Frank ( architect) were wonder as well!

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Munz Construction when we updated our kitchen. Munz made the whole renovation process a smooth experience for us from beginning to end. Throughout the process, our project manager and designer did a great job of setting expectations and keeping an open line of communication with timing and costs. Everyone who was part of this project (carpenter, plumber, electrician, etc.) was extremely professional and delivered quality workmanship. Wanted to have my siding and windows replaced on our home. Had a few companies come out for an estimate. We'll so glad I called Munz. Set up a date with Mike to come out. Told him what we were looking for and he added his over 30 yrs of experience on some other options that we are happy we went with. Mike was awesome to deal with. We signed the contact and they put us on the schedule. Met Roman who ran the day to day and Kevin who ran the job.

I know in this day and age it's tough to find a company that makes you feel comfortable. Let's be honest it's a big investment. From day 1 Roman and his crew where amazing to deal with. Kevin was always there with updates and making sure everything was going smooth.

Couldn't be happier on our choice to go with Munz. We have some other things we want to do (not need) and I won't be calling anyone else.

Munz did a great job on building a portico and replacing windows on my house. The quality of the work is excellent. The project manager, Craig, was wonderful to deal with. He communicated well, set expectations and executed as promised. When I had questions or concerns, he was helpful and patient. I will definitely use them again for future projects!

We highly recommend Munz Construction. They designed and remodeled our master bathroom. The transformation was amazing. From the initial design review with Anthony to working with Bryan the showroom manager/designer. They made a once dreaded room into a retreat. The luxurious wet room is our personal favorite. Our bathroom design was a perfect balance between style and functionality. Throughout the design process, Bryan had a way of making us feel as though we were his only customer giving us all the attention and responsiveness we could hope for. He respected our personal style while making wonderful suggestions that enhanced our ideas along with introducing design aspects we would never have thought of.
Our project manager Ed was awesome! We truly appreciated his commitment to this project. He always kept us updated on the bathroom progress and took care of any questions or concerns we had right away. Ed was always accommodating and flexible going above and beyond with his customer care. Ed's team Brian and Mark along with the sub-contractors were very professional and knowledgeable, and respectful while in our home.
It's a rarity to have the owner personally involved with a project but occasionally the owner Chris, called and texted to make sure the project was meeting our expectations. The Munz team delivered a quality bathroom that exceeded our expectations. We were so happy with the results we contracted Munz for our kitchen renovation.

Munz construction just renovated our kitchen this summer and did an excellent job! They worked with us to pick out high quality materials while also keeping in mind our budget. The workers were professional and took great care during demo and installation. They were also patient in answering any of our questions.Our contractor is a perfectionist, making sure every cabinet was flawless and there weren’t any marks or scratches left anywhere. They also worked well within the time frame, finishing the job at the end of 6 weeks. I would highly recommend this company for any of your home improvement needs. You won’t find a more professional group of people to work with that offer high quality products with reasonable prices.
