Took my 2 year old son to another location (Litchfield and Camelback) and was told he couldn’t been seen because they weren’t taking walk-ins and was redirected to another location (Dysart & McDowell).

Upon arriving, we were checked in and I completed his paperwork online while we waited in the lobby. We were called back into a room. I came in with the concern of my child running high fevers for more than 3 days and the possibility of needing antibiotics. The provider, Fatima, was quick with her exam of my 2 year old. Couldn’t get him to open his mouth and said she couldn’t tell if his throat was red. She informed me he tested positive for the flu and no antibiotics were needed, she said “there’s nothing we dan do and I’ll get your paperwork”. Cool. Mind you we sat in the chairs the entire time because everything was disgustingly dirty.

My concerns…Dried blood splatter on the walls. Dirty exam table cover. No soap at the sink, not even a working soap dispenser. Dirty exam scissors in the cabinet. These conditions are absolutely uncalled for and unsanitary. After driving around all day I wanted my son to be taken care of. The lack of concern was daunting but the room itself was even worse. This place needs to be shut down and cleaned properly. Wearing a mask in a place like this won’t cut it. The diseases and germs being spread here are much worse.

Very frustrating experience at this location. I had my appointment transferred to this location so that I could get an x-ray done because the other location didn’t have an x-ray tech working. I waited two hours to be seen, only to be told I didn’t “need” an x-ray. I came there specifically to get an x-ray, so I’m incredibly annoyed. I was asked several times by the front desk workers if I wanted an x-ray, and I told them yes repeatedly. So, I paid $35 to wait 2 hours and then be sent away.

Besides that upsetting situation, the location itself did not feel very clean, and mask rules were not enforced. There is an option if you have their app to wait in your car or at home. I would strongly recommend anyone to use that service if you’re willing to go here. I however, would recommend going anywhere else so that you can be taken seriously by the medical professionals.

For a healthcare business you would think cleanliness is a priority but it definitely is not here. We also scheduled an appointment in advance but we were still there for an excessive about of time.

I had some difficulty breathing and made an appointment at the Avondale location. Staff here was very helpful and friendly. The nurse was able to help me learn what was wrong with me and made me feel better with a respiratory steroid injection! Awesome! I would recommend this provider.

After waiting 3+ hours hearing the staff complain that they were never going to get out anytime soon. The dr complain about his schedule and the days he was on. People that came after me came and went including booger riddled kids and a lady that came after me was already being treated and I was still waiting in a room to be seen. Worst service ever. If you would stop gossip and complaining amongst yourselves maybe you would get things done a little faster. I walked out pissed off and still in pain. I deserved to be seen like everyone else and provided good service too and got none. They suck!!

Recently visited this urgent care for a cough that was bothering me for about 2 weeks. There was little to no wait as a walk in. The facility was clean, the staff was nice, and the provider Jenna Ferris was awesome. She was knowledgeable, she listened, and had great bedside manner. I would highly recommend this urgent care to anyone in need of one.

The front desk personnel were very helpful and efficient. The person who took my vitals was hard to understand and was not familiar with medicines. I'm not sure he administered the COVID and flu tests accurately. I waited another 40 minutes before seeing the nurse practitioner, who was thorough and helpful

I made an appointment online for 10am. I arrived before my appointment time and they still chose to take a walk in ahead of me. Don’t bother making an appointment. It means nothing. And the person at the desk, who refused to give her first name, (small lady with dark hair and glasses in her 20’s or 30’s) blew me off and told me to wait my turn. As an immune compromised person, I do not recommend this location.
