It was a 2.5 hour wait to get a simple imaging. The staff informed me that the tech was new. The tech needed help and guidance they needed a senior tech to help make things run smoothly. It took 2 hours to see 3 patients and the imaging was less than 10 min per person. What the heck were they doing with all that time?!? I will never go back and I will tell others about the experience.

Josh was so easy to talk to and helpful. I have a bad shoulder and for my CTscan he was careful and considerate. Your on line registrar was horrible because if interrupted I had to start at the beginning. Your front desk person was prompt and also helpful. Great experience overall.

They outsource their schedulers and they are unable to understand the orders accurately. We had a 2part scan and they only scheduled one part, so we were told they couldn't complete the whole thing. The orders and CPT codes had been provided to the scheduler. We shouldn't be inconvenienced because their schedulers are inadequate. These scans were very important and needed to be completed asap. There was no sense of urgency to help with their mistake. Unacceptable.

The staff at SimonMed were all very professional, courteous and efficient. They took care of me right at, or 5 minutes or so before my scheduled appointment time. They gave me a disc of my ultrasound within minutes of my exam. I am very pleased with SimonMed Goodyear!

Jasmin, the receptionist, was very accommodating and helpful. Where the MRI Tech, Mike was just the opposite. Mike did not show any compassion for a patient in a great deal of pain. He did not take time to assist the patient. He was all about his schedule and being on time. Mike did not meet my needs as the patient. I do not want to ever have another MRI with him again. I will go to another facility for my MRI's.

Customer service is terrible. Patients there are to get scans, ultrasounds, xrays and etc. It's to let's us know if we have something minor to life long or terminal news. From the front desk to behind the scenes the employees should be a little compassionate. Not everyone is uncompassionate but the one that are it's pathetic.

The fact that you are still billing before insurance pays is wrong. Your facility at Palm Valley is disgusting it's old it's dirty it needs to be fixed up or closed. The only good experience there was the X-ray tech who was wonderful and the only reason I used your company was because my doctor's office is not affiliated with Banner Imaging or I would have been there.
