DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!
My mother took her vehicle there several months ago and due to poor workmanship and inexperience (as noted by previous raters) it led to the engine seizing and her vehicle is no longer operational. After months of back and forth with Take 5 and Fleet Response (the 3rd party claims provider), they have denied our claim to correct their faulty workmanship. We provided proof, photos of the oil spill, photos from the repair shops, and statements from Stellantis (Dodge, Jeep, and Chrysler manufacturing) indicating this was not a manufacturer issue and they still denied. Our next course of action is to pursue legal recourse.

Used this one multiple times. But the last 2 were a different experience from before. Yesterday I was greeted by a tech walking up to my car and spitting just as he got to my door. A little longer wait ( 2 out of 3 bays all ready in use) I drove in, but had a much longer wait than usual. Another car was put in bay next to me quite a bit after me and was serviced and left before I was ever addressed. I requested no filter or blade checks or changes 3 times from 3 different techs, but they still pulled the filter anyway. I repeated no, and requested again no filter blade checks. Another tech asked to get in my car to check cabin filter. I again repeated myself. I guess we all know by now that they reached my wiper blades next. About 30 to 40 minutes for change, but IDK how to describe service, as they talked around me and did not listen. It felt almost creepy.

Prompt and courteous service. I drove in near the end of the evening needing an inspection (and praying they had the time to do it) and was greeted with bottled water and a smile. Service was quick and I was on my way. Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly and professional.

One of the employees accidentally broke the grill to my bmw and the manager had a mild attitude with me said that he will look at the cameras I arrived at approximately 10:17am the incident happen a little after I left about a bit before 12pm with the car grill in my trunk because they couldn’t zip tie it back to the hood they threw away the broken pieces and the manager said “I will contact you with claim number and all the details not to worry it will get fixed”so i left and I had to come back to take 5 because I was told to get the insurance name and number and do the claim myself so I get back it’s 12:40 or so and he still hasn’t called and had a attitude when I asked him for the information he said “well you’re just going to have to call the number I WAS GONNA CALL” I said ok that’s fine I asked for the employee’s name the one who broke it and he had a attitude spelling it out for me . My husband gets his oil change at different take 5s and he never had an issue at all and always in and out fast not so lucky for my first time.

This is my oil change spot! The technicians are always informative and offer the best oil change service. I am always greeted with a water and spoken too very respectfully. They even remind me to check my emails for discounts they send out, to save me $$.

Allen was very respectful and helpful. Despite that I came in when it was full he was still very helpful and uplifting. He explained to me the different types of oils and made sure to show me my old car oil so I could see that it was bad. Overall great experience. I 10/10 recommend this take 5 oil change on Spencer.

Service is slow. Nothing here is being done in 5 minutes. I was not greeted upon arrival. I’ve asked questions about the services with little to no explanation regarding packages. Take 5? More like Take 55.

Just came to this location for an oil change. The website and hours posted on the door state open until 8pm I arrived at 6:30 pm. The bay doors were all still open but none of the technicians came out to assist me, so I walked into the office and they were just sitting there texting on their phone. I asked if they were still open since I needed an oil change. They told me they were closed already when I asked about why the hours stated different they said since it was slow, they're allowed to close early. Bottom line they just didn't want to work. Take 5 needs to have a manager on shift to not allow for someone to just say they are closed so they wouldn't have to work. WILL NOT RETURN!!
