First and foremost I thank the HIGH quality staff such as: (morning shift on 11/12/24)
-Mr Daniel: went above and beyond explaining what piece of wood was best for our project, cut the wood in half, walked from idle 14 to 4 to help successfully find 4 screws the perfect length and width. Very knowledgeable and respectful.
-Mrs Rushelle: gracious and kind. Immediately saw my mom and I in a line and opened a cash register to have us checked out. She smiled the whole transaction and asked if we were satisfied with our visit.

Secondly I want to thank HOME DEPOT for hiring the high valued staff members

Lastly my mother and I bought a piece of wood cut in two pieces and 4 screws, we are excited to firmly attach my sons bunk bed to the wall so that it is sturdy

Negative 5 star review the laziest outdoor workers I ever seen work for Home Depot I purchased a Christmas tree on a day where it was not busy at all. No one came to help me after I purchased the Christmas tree to have tree wrap and tied to car. Just go to Lowe’s. The outdoor helpers seem to be incompetent and incapable of completing the job in a timely and well fashion manner.

This Home Depot is alright. I wanted to grab another Milwaukee battery but didn't have time to wait on a rep to open the locked cage they were inside. Would be good to have a cage at the register and just have cards for each battery to take so the cashier can get it from a secure location.

I walked around this dam location for about 45 minutes looking like I couldn’t find what I was looking for and ABSOLUTELY NOT ONE PERSON tried to help me they just walked past me. And there were employees just standing around conversing with one another they looked like they didn’t want to be there. I remember when Home Depot employees used to be nice and helpful. I had to get on my phone and look up what I needed my dam self and the aisle said 89 and that put it outside and it was rusty as hell. This Home Depot location needs to do better. The service has gone to hell. The Satellite Blvd and the Tilly Mill locations got me for life. I’m never coming back here. ?

Possibly had the worst customer experience I’ve ever encountered. Had a cargo van rental at an Alpharetta location. Specifically called ahead of time to get the measurements of the van. When I arrive to my reservation, I’m given a different van with a higher clearance (unusable in my case) so I cancel my reservation. Call this location in which I am told the van with my needed dimensions is available, but I can’t make reservation online due to needing the van in a hour. However, I’m told to still show up because it’s available. When I show up, the payment system is down so I wait an hour for it to be back up again. While I’m waiting, I ask the rental associate if I can at least hold the car while I wait. Unfortunately, I’m told no despite sitting there. When the payment system comes back up, I’m told the van I need is now booked, but another location has the specific dimensions I need. So I uber to the 3rd home depot just to find out the 9 foot van doesnt exist and they just had trucks available. Completely wasting my time and money. The rental associate is was most likely high.

Amazing garden center and nice staff. Parking is easy not too much congestion or traffic due to other neighboring stores. This homedeopt is a stand alone store on this lot.

They had purple passion plant and my special begonia angel wings in stock. And alot of gardening items on sale

I came in for an online pickup order for a new Husky toolbox but I noticed some damaged to it and pointed it out to the HD member, Nick, who quickly jumped into action to provide several solutions to make things right. It wasn’t so simple. In short, Nick ran around the whole store to help me make the order right. Ultimately, together Nick and the manager, Lacovia, made things [more than] right but the real story here is the level of customer service they exhibited, just top notch! Trust me I’ve been to many Home Depot’s, Lowe’s and etc. and the team here at Duluth Home Depot is one of the best. Just watching the team cooperatively and constructively interact with each other to solve problems here should be the standard. Nick and Lacovia’s awesome hospitality and expert customer service is a testament to that. Can’t say thanks enough to Nick and Lacovia for making a shaky experience turn out to be one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had recently. #blessed

Worst customer service!!! Her name is Katie, for get about greeting, she standing, leaning on the counter and making customers to wait on line for long time. She act like she own the store. This woman shouldn’t be work there. Home Depot fells the customer service standards by let this kind of people hired. Never come back that store again!!!
